I have 20mm all around, lowered on Tanabe NF springs and there is some rubbing up front on large bumps or when I have passengers in the car. Nothing major but it does rub. Just a bit.

I had f sport springs with 19" f sport wheels with b2designs 15mm front and 25mm rear. It scraped like all hell.

yah but the f sports rims have a completely diff offset than the stock 18s. I think the stance with the f sports rims looks pretty good without spacers.

Stock Lexus wheels... 15mm spacer front, 20mm spacer rear
Tires: 245/45/18

Slight rub in rear on big dips and 4 people in the car. Otherwise, no issues.

The tires are slightly larger than OE, so with OE size I think there would be no issues under any circumstance.
