Wow. Finally stumped. The darn drain is clogged. Tried a 5hp shop vac, tried compressed air, poked the darn thing, and can't get it to drain properly. Carpet is wet and I'm frustrated with water inside. What do I do now? Please help.
There is a TSB for it, the tranny needs to be dropped, the hole is blocked by sponge that they put in there which needs to be taken out, that seems to fix it.

I had the same problem with my car. I dropped it off and a few days later was able to pick. They removed my interior and had fans ducted under the carpet to dry it.

There is a TSB for this. It requires to remove HVAC Evaporator and change the drain and packing to the a/c control unit. Check with your dealer. This TSB pertains to your 06 GS430
I went in for a oil change and dealer removed mine for free. There must be an easier way since they had my car for 35 min tops. Just adding input, good luck
If you can locate the circle garment just remove the whole thing. Alot of people on here say you need to lower the tranny to get to this garment but i was able to pull it off with a pair of long need noise plier. The only draw back to this is if you pull the garment off you probaly wont be able to put it back on because it is really hard to reach. Someone quoted me $500 to fix it because he said it was not a easy fix. The way Lexus dose it is they remove the drain box from inside the car and the freon has to be released and filled back up after the whole process.
I'm going to try to unclog one more time, if that does not work, I'm going to drill a hole and run a new tube. I rather change out a water pump than have this problem.
