I just had a question on how to turn on awd, is it through the snow mode? And on my dash I see the light not lit up but still there for sport mode but their is not a button for the sports mode like I see in some lexus gs. Thanks for any help guys

Lexus made all the dashes the same so thats probably what you see in the dash. As I don't think the sport button was offered in the AWD GS. Yes as ibidu1 said AWD is always on and can't been turned off.

i dont know if sport (i thought that was for the AVSS equipped cars) was offered in the awd or not but if hes referring to the button in the center console, mine was snow and power.

Oh yeah that's what I was trying to say, I know the dash has it already in the speedo area just doesn't light up, since they mass produce the same one for every car. Yeah I'm pretty sure it was only in the GS 430/460 and GS 450h with AVS.
