Just don't upgrade it to Android 4.3 !!! I did and started having problems with dropped connections and not being able to hear from the car's speakers...it will work after the first time you pair it but then it won't...it's not stable. Best version to work with our 06 GS is Android 4.1.2, I have a GS430 though..
