what's everyone. I just bought a 2007 GS 350 with 70k. All Stoc except tinted windows, pretty much loaded except the ML sound system, park assist, not sure what else as I'm still learning about these cars. this is my first Lexus, but I have a 2001 SVT Lightning and have had numberous 5.0 Mustangs(you guys probably call them rustangs, ha-ha). I really like the car a lot, but I'm planning on doing a few upgrades changes listed below.
Suspension/Brakes:
F-sport sway bars
slotted rotors-front/rear
EBC Red brakes pads-or something that will produce less dust
RCA blocks-my car seems lower than other 350's i've seen so I'm not sure if I will go lower since all my other cars have been lowered and just want to keep as stock as possible.
Exterior:
Possibly a professional detail
HID kit for headlights/fogs-thinking of 6000k
replace fog liights and parking lights.
near future-wheel upgrade. either F-sport or BBS wheels. I'll stay with 18's, but would like to go to a 255/45/18 tire-thoughts?
Interior:
Vais tech USB interface
Sub/amp-i've got some parts lying around so I just need a sub box for two 10's, or will 1 10 inch sub be enough.
Things I've noticed about the car:
seems to pull to right a bit-I read on Edmunds.com of this complaint
is there a hack to bypass the Nav warning each time the car is turned on?
any other Nav hacks?
when coming to a stop-say for a red light-and as I decelerate and the trans shifts to a lower gear, then as I accelerate I feel the tranny kind of lags-is this normal?
