Default Unusual noise after installing spacers?

Anyone using spacers have unusual tire noises after installing spacers. I just install 20mm Ichiba V2 spacers and noticed a lot of noise while driving on my stock wheels. Sounds almost like i'm driving on flat tires. Anyone else have similar issues.

Is there added vibration?

Did you use a torque wrench with proper applied torque?

Did you clean the assembly of rust and any other crap that would get between the mating surface of the disc/spacer/wheel?

The more attention to detail you put in... the better it will be. I'm using staggered spacers of higher quality (Adaptec) and can do 80mph + with no added noise/vibration/harshness. It can be done!!!
Designo had those spacers, I believe, and never managed to get them how he wanted them.

I only have 3mm spacers on my front wheels, so no issues with my set up. The only other question I would ask that Simmsled didn't, is if they are hubcentric or not?

Yes I had that too, along with vibrations that I couldn't fix.

Tried re-torque by hand in a start shaped manner. Tried fabricating a tighter hub ring for the spacer. Tried everything still couldn't get rid of the vibration.

Here's a picture of my car with 20mm Ichiba V2 spacers

My Adaptec spacers are hubcentric, and they have very tight tolerances.
The lessons-learned from Designo's situation led me to get a higher quality spacer.
The Ichiba spacers are hit/miss.

I didn't really notice a lot of vibration but there is definitely a little vibration.

I didn't use a torque wrench, I'll try to do that over the weekend.

I tried scrubbing and scraping as much of the rust off as I could.

The Ichiba's are suppose to be hubcentric. I guess you kinda have to expect some vibration when you add a bolt on after market part to your wheels.

Thanks for the replies. I appreciate the help. Will let you know if anything works for me.

Last thing... If it sounds like you're driving on flat tires, maybe check the tire pressure? Good luck!
