Has anyone successfully fixed the moon roof rattle in their 3GS? I've searched the forums and people have tried a whole host of solutions. I tried lubricating the gasket around the roof, didnt seem to do much. Have also read putting felt on the wind deflector might help. I've pulled down on the deflector while driving though so im skeptical that would solve it. The car is out of warranty so trying to avoid the stealership.

Take it to an upholstery shop I am sure they can adjust it for you.

I have read somewhere it was some bolts that are loose. Seems plausible with mine. It only rattles when open. I can feel the frame vibrate while I'm driving. Guess I'll have to take down the headliner this summer.

I had the same issue. Dealer was able to resolve it. Not sure what they did but it was covered under CPO.
