Default LS 460 19inch factory wheels on GS? Anyone ever do this?

These are my favorite Lexus wheels. I know the bolt pattern is different but is there anyway to make this work?

It's perfectly safe as long as they're the bolt on ones

Those 5 Star wheels would look simply beautiful in the GS with a nice low profile tire. I want to upgrade my factory 17s. But I love the factory look. I don't want to do after market. I really would love those wheels. If anyone knows where I can get the adapters. Please send me the link.

ive just seen too many issues with adapters, not to mention the headaches of vibrations they could cause.

Adapters are not perfectly safe! They vibrate, and are vunerable to having your wheel rip off the car, especially in an accident. Even with high end adapters! I have seen adapters come loose, some stripped lug nuts etc...

If I were to do it, I would have the wheels redrilled or use wiggle lugs.

If adaptors or spacers are hub centric, there shouldn't be any problems.
I've had them on my car for years with no problems.

I had a set on my old es350. I had them remachined & redrilled. Never had any issues, drove from Houston to Dallas/Austin numerous times. I'll have to dig up some more pics but IMO it looked awesome.

How much does that cost to have them re drilled?

It was done about 5yrs ago...cant remember off the top of my head but it was quite reasonable for the amount of work they did. Might have been around $200ish
