DIY Upgraged grounding and power system
Sooooo.. i didnt want to use a pre-wired ground kit because i want all of my lengths to be exact without any extra wire slack and also $129 looked kinda steep for a 4 gauge ground kit. So this morning i decided to design my own power system upgrade here's what it consists of.
What u guys think?

I haven't wired a HO stereo in a while and know they have come a long way. I would ditch the Optima and go Odyssey, check 'em out. Used to use optima but they are not the same animal they used to be. Also, I would assume you are running a dedicated circuit for your stereo/amplifiers? Be sure to run some sort of breaker/relay as well as distrubution blocks for clean power and grounds for all your componets. I'm sure you could do a quick search to find a well thought out schematic. Also, remember, sometimes more connections can be a bad thing trying to trace down that one loose wire. Keep it clean and simple. Good luck
