Default 20x10.5 Front and Rear whats required?

I saw a set of Vossen wheels I liked alot and they had 20x10.5 on the front and rear and thats what I would want to do, just didnt know what was involved to make them fit with no to min rubbing(i.e. tire size, cutting, rolling). I plan on dropping it with eibach or F-sport springs only. Here is a pic from Vossen website.

I found specs on a honda accord, they were running 15+ offset rear and 25+ in the front, but 245/30 R20 tires just dont know if they will work on our car. I am not fond on the stretch tire, I would think a 285/30 for the rear and maybe 265/30 for the front, or even 275/30 all around with the wheels 45+ offset front and rear.

Also on the Vossen website they have 20x10 but dont know if they have them in our bolt pattern and if they are concave like the 20x10.5.

I would think you would need to run coilovers for adjustability and spring rate purposes. at +15 & + 25 I would also assume extensive fender work ( cut , pull etc) in order to make it fit.

I am also curious about the setup they have for this car. id like to think with a 20x10 wheel no tire stretching would be needed.

I don't even like vossen wheels that much but that car is well executed.

I'm running a 20x10 in the front and 20x11 rear. I needed to do major fender work and a big stretch to make them fit. Lowered right now on Tein springs and I scrape fender liner on dips.
