Hello all - back again to Lexus
Returning owner here, had a 2gs several years back and just recently purchased a 2006 gs300. Man, does it feel good to be back into a real car. During the downtime, I had an Acura TL, Mercedes c230, and an Infiniti g35 sedan, and while these had their upsides, I feel like Lexus has the best all-around package for comparable brands.
Glad to be back and will definetely be hounding you guys for some info.
Bone stock. Upgrades coming soon

Rims came like this, I believe the previous owner had them done awhile back (dear friend of mine so I guess I could just ask). Not a huge fan of it.
This has 100k miles on it, but was purchased for under. $10k. All service done by Lexus except for tires.
Initial impressions:
Pros
For a car with higher mileage, it runs absolutely wonderful. I feel like it could go another 200k without a hitch.
Very minimal road noise compared to other cars in the same class
No rattles, creaks, etc
Averaging 20-25mpg, depending if I drive like an ******* or not.
Cons
Wheel gap is huge. Looks like a monster truck. Anyone selling some df210s?
Sport shift has some serious lag time.
Entering corners at higher speeds questionable.

IMHO, anyone that wants this car to handle should take a serious look at the F-Sport sway bars.
Nice snag, OP. I cannot believe you got that car for under 10k! Thats crazy!

Under 10> WOW. I wouldn't worry about 100K register with lexus as its new owner and keep up with that maintenance.
I like the dark tint, Is the front window tinted to? Thats a no no around these parts

Honestly, a like the chromed but as trims around the car. For wheels, so many cheap wheel caps are chromed so it kinda look cheap in that sense. I like the finish of my spider wheel more, but many cleaning the spider is a pain in the ***. So many holes. LOL
which Lexus did you have before?
I think your GS300 is lighter than my GS430. It should hug the corner better. I always feel my 430 have a heavy *** when doing corners. But than I don't like to huge corner much around here, the road is horrible. When doing corner all the weight put stress on only 2 wheels adding with the bumbs and stuff on the road making it worse.... so I rarely do corner at high speed.
