I'm in the middle of doing mine right now too. Like the OP said...very time consuming. There is a LOT to take apart to get the struts out. Rears are especially difficult. I'm also doing the camber arms, so that adds some time, but only maybe 1 hour. Hope it's worth it.
Your car looks great! Motivation for me to get up and finish tomorrow :-)

I have one question...did you adjust that sensor arm, or do you just need to make sure it is positioned as shown in your picture? Mine looked like your picture when I took it off.
