i found this on the wald website, its not a wald GS kit, it seems to be custom, and ive seem alot of this types of front ends (blackbison) on everything from sedans to minivans.
It looks like a wald merc CLS/SL black bison kit molded on to a lex front end.

anyone have any info?

There's elements of that, that I really like, but on closer inspection, the pointiness of certain parts doesn't gel with the 3GS shape.
Maybe if the grille was pointed to match the front, it wouldn't look quite as disjointed as it does.

It has potential, if they'd reigned it back a bit - sometimes less definitely is more.
The four DRLs each side appeal - quite novel.
