Default Favorite parking spot at work (pic)?

I saw this thread in the LS forum:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...our-460-a.html

It only took me a couple days to find the perfect spot for the GS at work.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic, but I always back in and I usually try to park in a spot where one side is protected and then park waaay over in the spot. So even if the car next to me is on the line it's ok.

I just hope a motorcycle doesn't try to snake it in there.

Post up pics if you've got em.

Door ding avoidance...I like it. I do the same if we go to the mall, or park away from every one. I dont have a single ding or scratch on the car. Would like to keep it that way.

Geeeeeeeeshhh!!! Are all those LS owners handicap? If I park my car in a handicap and eat up half of the other lane like that over here, I would find myself at the towing station and a nice ticket.

I try to find corner spots and leave as much room as possible on my lane but I would never park in in a handicap spot or next to it. Handicap is designated for people with disability and they usually come out with crutches or wheel chair which will surely hit your car if you're in the lane.

I park at the far corner of our lot. It has a 3 foot section that has slash marks in it and that's where my car is and that leaves basically a full spot next to my car so no dumb *** hits me. I fight for it and it might as well have a reserve sign on it now lol I back in to let people no I actually take care of my car. Went to Lexington during the basket ball nationals (big blue nation!) and parked on the 5th floor (last floor) of 5/3 bank downtown very last corner spot and walked 4 or 5 miles to where the raging was just so I know the car would be ok.

In Lexington? Lol that would just mean I could get the brz limited I really want. I've parked my cars in some shady places and nothing has happened yet knock in wood so I was really worried there.

I do this as well, but my only concern is parking somewhere where there are NO other cars. I feel it would be too isolated and more likely for someone to mess with it. Especially in a dark parking garage.

I swear parking right is an art.

i don't see any handicap sign on the wall or on parking stall floor? some places do have very wide parking stalls that are not handicap parking, and I park in those when I can find them as well.

edit: ok the white LS and the one after it are guilty of parking in the handicap stall...

I was referring to the LS owners in the link provided by the OP. For example, if my car looks like this and is parked this way in this spot, it would be towed and I'll be left with a nice towing bill, a parking ticket, and a couple scratches from the towing.

^ yup, true enough. at this point, we don't know if the LS owner has a handicap parking decal or not. let's hope he does.
