Honda Ruckus, Its totally legal but i did quite a few mods to make certain cops meet their quotas.
50cc to 150cc GY6 and fully black chromed most metal pieces and countless mods which I forgot by now.
but if you ever get into it StandardFunctions.com !

I hope so. I have a render which ill show you guys right before all the parts get put on. Im still working with my boss on what wheels we'll be slapping on here. He has been helping me so much with linking me up with a lot of helpful people in the Industry. So im very grateful and hopefully I can play around with what im going to do So far the Sponsor sheet is looking very awesome.

VERY excited to say the least.

I used to stay in LA area which was only 7 miles from our store (Illest Los Angeles) the beauty with the ruckus and LA traffic. I got to work side streets in 15 mins while in a car took me 25 mins... Also i got to park it inside or out front of the store for free. While a parking spot for my car was 6 bucks a day... what a JIP... I miss this bike so much. Actually sold it to one of the members of the band "TOOL" so definitely went to a good home. Last i heard it was on tour w/ him haha

Dropped off the car at DTMautobody a few days ago
Today they're putting on the kit for test fitting and off to the paint booth.
They'll be shooting the kit with the stock color of the car. Also a few pieces of the car that got dull (stock lip wing)
Also they're going to fit my OEM parking sensors from the stock bumper to the kit
so my horrible asian driving skills will remain the same because I've relied on these parking
sensors for the past year and i cant park a compact smart car if my life depended on it. :|

Thanks to Nate Leon & Owner of DTM autobody for all their help! should see the car out of paint next week or a little after

Also picked up these fenders by ED. We'll be fitting and painting it at a later date when the wheels arrive.
Since i do not have the wheels yet i don't want to get the fenders put on now and gonna have to cut up the Fiberglass and so on and so on.
Also gonna see how i like it on the overall build when the wheels/air/kit is on. May or may not like it but if not, FOR SALE! haha

Im very excited for the build.
TRYING to make it down to the AutoFashion meet next month.

Still talking to a selected few air-ride companies so hopefully i can get the air on before the meet.

Keep you posted till then!
-Yogi

Update!
Couple photos of the kit being fitted & parking sensors ready to be cut in

Unfortunately Fenders didn't go well. We sent it in to late so we couldn't fit them. Plus they did need a good amount of work to make them fit clean.

Thanks!!

Heres some updates. I've been updating on VIP style cars. I get lazy to double post haha...

But here we go!

When we fit the kit onto the car over at DTMautobody waiting for paint.

brand new 07-12 Grille & Trim

Parking sensors kept & fitted into the vertex kit. The guys over at DTM are amazing at what they do. I will trust no other body shop after working with them.

after all the fitting was done off to paint!

picked up a Greddy Evo Exhaust (axle back) from a fellow CL member

Did some good old spit shining & elbow grease

Paint matched silver.

As you can see they also work w/ Falken to paint all there FD Cars.

Car painted and complete!

Shortly after got the Exhaust mounted over at Mikes in El Monte CA

Also debadged my Lexus Emblem and rebadged w/ a Vertex Emblem

I like it hah.

Today, Literally... Picked up 1 set of 2 from my sponsors over at WedsUSA. Weds SA55 w/ a custom gunmetal by WedsUSA not available in their catalogs. 19x9.5 & 19x10.5 +24. Waiting for my 2nd set to arrive from WedsJP late next month. We'll have a couple looks for the car this year. Also a drastic change right before Sema.

And also as Marshal from AirREX said my air has arrived and will be receiving tomorrow. Friday the car comes together and will be attending FormulaDrift Tech Day over at Source Interlink Media! Anyone going out there, You'll see me and the car

Again, My sponsors have been amazing! We're getting some awesome stuff done for this car, hope you all enjoy the end results

Special thanks to

Marshal & Paul @ AirREX Digital Air Suspention

Dat & Jay @ VertexUSA

Jim **** @ WedsWheelsUSA

David & Nate @ DTMautobody

Just out of curiosity, any reason you chose 19's over the usual 20's? I ask because my wife's GS will need new shoes this summer so I'm gathering info
