I'm on my second set of the low dust but the i hear braking response is better on the original (high dust). I can't stand having to clean my wheels every other day.

neither - get the Akebono ProACT Ceramic (TireRack or even local parts store). Cost ~ same but they come w/ shims already attached (proper fitting I might add), low dust and absolutely no noise.

I have had the dealer replace the original pads for the updated low dust pads, and am completely satisfied. This to me translates to OEM though updated pads.

I recently replaced the OEM high dust pads with Akebono ProACT Ceramic brake pads. I would recommend these pads to anyone. Braking power is perfectly adequate when compared to OEM. They are silent (even while wet after a car wash) and produce virtually no brake dust. After 10 days of not washing my car the front wheels look exactly the same as rear. With OEM, the front wheels would be covered in dust by the time I drove back home from the wash and the pads squealed when coming to a complete stop.

Hey question, are the low dust pads blue, when I got them from the dealer they were blue. Also there is no low dust pads for the rear correct only front right. Has anyone had any issues with stopping power or is it the same.

yah they are blue...i dont think there is a different set for rear, just front. I doubt the stopping power is the same but shouldn't be a huge difference.

Same stopping power like the old low dust pad.
It's the latest front pads Lexus uses to correct the squealing noise since last year.
