Gs 350 2007 from 0-20 MPH Vibrations
He guys! So I bought a gs 350 AWD about 3 weeks ago and I love it. But one thing I have been noticing is often but not everytime from 0-20. I feel vibrations and almost like a skipping/jumping of the tires/car, its very soft. Is this normal?. I still have a dealer warrany of 30 days left. But its kind of far so I wanted to see what it was before I drove 2 horus to have them check it out. Any Ideas what this could be?

I am having the same EXACT problem on my 07 GS350 AWD. I had it at the dealer twice and they said they never felt it. They reflashed the transmission both times to see if that would help and obviously it didn't. I really feel the car shake right around 20mph,especially going up a hill with my foot just slightly pressing on the gas pedal.

My car is not lowered. Factory suspension, and factory wheels and tires. I definitely think my problem is related to the transmission because it happens right after it shifts out of 2nd gear.

Hey guys thanks for the respones. No my car is no lowered, all stock. Sometimes I feel it and sometimes I dont but it does feel as if the front end is shaking a litte sometimes. Could it be normal to the AWD,, this is my first car with awd.

I was thinking the transmission because it does it right after 2nd gear,at the exact time, every single time. If you can think of something else it could be, I would love to hear some suggestions.

I have the same problem with my 07 gs350 AWD. I notice it happens driving between 20-30 mph and accelerating very slowly. The rpm are around 1500. The tranny changes gear up to to 4th gear and the vibration starts. If i accelerate, it goes away. During quick acceleration I never notice this vibration. This seems like just a design problem. Also notice if I drive the car as a manual and go thru the gears i never notice this problem. It's annoying but doesn't appear to be serious. The problem feels just like driving a manual car in a higher gear at a low speed and need to down shifted.

Try rotating the tires. If the tires have little tread left, it may be time to replace them.
I know what you're thinking. But I've experienced the same noise with my '09 GS350. Thumping sound at low mph that disappears about 25 mph. Thought it was the bearings also. rotated the tires and the sound disappeared. Crazy.
Rotating the tires is necessary. And it's free (if you do it yourself) or at most $15 at a fix flat or tire center. Just make sure you cross rotate.
