Default How much is my GS worth?

I'm sure this thread has been done before, but here it is again. I'm trying to estimate the value of my GS. I want to cry even thinking about selling it, but with a child on the way it might be a reality.

2007 GS 350 - w/ NAV (no ML or parking assist) --- Still has 1.5 years left on CPO warranty
Condition: Good (a few nicks, and bruises from S.FL hwy driving but nothing major at all)
Mileage: 60k
Color: Smokey Granite

Mods: F-Sport Exhaust, F-Sport Springs, K&N Typhoon Intake, G2 Blue Calipers, 3M Ceramic Tint, Lights: 6000k HID/V-Leds
Wheels: Vossen VVS-085 20x9(f) 20x10.5(r) -- Tires: Falken FK452

I know dealers will completely kill me, and give me next to NOTHING for any mods, aside from Autotrader what is my best bet for getting top $?

You should part-out your cars and sell them. I would be interested on the V-leds if the price is right

Probably best to part out and sell the car stock. I'm pretty sure your wheels would sell fairly quick.

part out and sell, as is you won't get much for your mods at all, if any. that's the case even for private sales. also, you better check but i do NOT believe cpo warranty can be transferred. meaning if you sell the car now, warranty will be gone. again i am not 100%, should confirm

as other said, put it back to stock and it'll appeal to a wider audience. most of the general public won't appreciate the mods and may even prefer to have a stock car.
if you have a carmax nearby, you can always take it there and see what they'll give you. you can use that price as the floor of your asking price range.

I checked with the sale of my car and CPO can not be transferred to the next owner

Honestly convert it back to stock and sell all the aftermarket parts. Also it would be the best to hold it off until the cpo experies.

If you want to sell the wheels, we can do a swap for my stock 18's plus I'll give some cash. I even have a pretty cheap freight shipper lined up.

you have to remember that mods do nothing for the sale of a car other than hurt the value.

Well that's about what I thought which means I'm screwed. I did not take the OEM exhaust (let dealer have it), long story; I know I screwed that one up.

That would leave only really leave the springs which are more hassle then they are worth to swap out, wheels are easy.
