license plate install
just got an 06 gs300 about 2 weeks ago & its time for the temp plate to come off & the real deal plates to go on.
Now the back plate is self explanitiory....but the front plate ive read there are supposed to be 2 divets to bolt the bracket that holds the plate but they are not there. I was told that they are usually not there when the dealer has the front bumper repainted.....so my question is if the divets arent there to guide me on putting the plate on how would i go about putting the plate on correctly

very simple stuff you get from home depot, shouldn't be more than 2-3 bucks, and then just drill two small holes on the bottom side of the "upper" part of the bumper above the air dam, then screw on the bracket. when off, no one will be able to see those holes at all. had that for a long time on my gs400. on my gs350 now, i can't do that because bumper is fiber glass (don't even try, freeway speed will tear it apart). so i use similar L brackets and then zip tie to the lower air dam
