I'm looking at these grills, specifically Lextronics Artisan Spirits grill and MrMark's and the black gs' admiration grill.

Questions: 1) do these come painted when you buy them or do you have to get them painted? I would like the grill to be the same color as the body of my car (flint mica)

2)I want the option to put on the L emblem or leave it as blank slates. Is this a custom job (for the Admiration grill) in MrMark's photos or stock?

IMO i like the admiration grill alittle better, and i see it on the L-tuned website, but i do want that option for the factory L emblem to mount on

Pretty sure they come unpainted. Not sure if the Admiration grille comes with the a precut area for the L. However if that's what you're looking for the Artisan Spirits comes with that option as well as Prussian Blue's Grille. Check it out.

On a side note, how do you like your Vredesteins?

lol wait a little more than 2 hours before you respond. im pretty sure too that they come unpainted. why not pm mr mark or lextronic? ive seen both in person and i think mr marks looks better imo.

I liked the prussian blue grille a lot til i saw these two grilles. Its 3rd place in my book atm.

I like the vredesteins, good traction in the rain. But i can't compare it to any other expensive tire bc this is my first set of aftermarket wheels/tires.

i cant pm mr mark i guess he turned that forum feature off, but i did pm lextronics.

and LOL sorry about that, I was gettn anxious to get more info. Cabin fever was setting in from knowing that i was going to be stuck inside for a while cuz of the snow

Another side question..

I like how MrMark did that CF trim on the tip of the horizontal slates..Maybe i would put a chrome trim on the tip (to match the stock grille outline) and the rest would be the Flint Mica. Im guessing this would be more expensive though. Anyone know?

And anyone know what a typical price be to paint these small things? lol

I would not put any chrome trim on the grille. just paint it. cant be more than 100 bucks to paint. call a body shop, every shop charges different rates.

hmm yeh ur prolly right. It looks like the prussian blue already has that chrome trim to it, so if i really do want that, prussian blue is the option.

But i think im set on the admiration, but i need to know how to put the L emblem on

My pops told me I had mail come in yesterday this morning but I was late for work so I didn't open the box but am pretty sure my Prussian Blue finally came in after 4 monthes of waiting!!! Ill tell you if it comes painted or not by tonight or tomorrow.

4 Monthes because they sent me the 2008+ model for my 2007
