The document basically says that it passed certification for it's intended use only as tested by the TUV (German group responsible for testing road worthiness & stuff).

You didn't by chance grab the Black Pearl emblems they had too. I was going to buy them, had them in my shopping cart something came up then I forget about them. The next day I went to go and pick them up and they were gone.
