Thanks guys. The car had been great. I spent 7 hours yesterday detailing the exterior of the car. I did a full clay bar of the entire body ( some panels were done twice because they failed the finger in a plastic bag test), polished it with a coat of Zaino, and did a coat of autoglym wax. The car is as clean as is humanly possible. The only frustrating thing is that after all that work the car still looks bright white. I miss how the dark colored cars would shine, but this way I wont need to wax and polish all of the time I guess.
I am loving the interior on this thing. The seats are bigger and more comfortable. I still cant get enough of the V8 power. The 380 hp with an 8 speed transmission is insane. I am going to do a set of wheels sooner than later ( even though the dealer put 4 brand new tires on before the purchase). The one thing I keep tripping on is dropping the car. I have never ever been a car that had ride quality as good as this LS. Dropping it is going to be hard but I know one the wheels go on I am going to do a set of coilovers or springs ASAP. In fact I am thinking of bying the suspension parts for it now before the wheels so I have everything ready one the wheels are mounted. The Megan racing coilovers are so much cheaper than the Tein CST I had on the GS that it makes me nervous but other members here have used them and say the ride is actually surprisingly good.

here are some pics I took today. I found out while doing some research that the Lexus wheels on the car are accessory wheels.

Thanks guys. I am sooo happy with the LS. It is so nice to drive. I could on and on about the power, refinement, and all of the insane technology. The car came from Nebraska so it has the cold weather package heated steering wheel and back seats. Its also got the ML stereo and the Park assist. Every time I drive it I feel like I discover something else. Last night I found out that it has an automatic parking brake. The cool thing is how you can lengthen the base of the seat for taller drivers (6'5")
I am absolutely going to mod this fat girl. I am already on the hunt for the Megan coilovers and I know I want to do a set of Vossen 22" staggered wheels. I was sad when I left my GS but I just keep thinking about how nice she is going to look after I put my touch on her

Drop it before the wheels come. I drove on lowered car with stock wheels and it was the best ride of my life. The car performed amazingly that way.

Hey congrats man!!! Nice pick and a beautiful LS.
Yeah that's why my GS is not used for any major transportation... with one two years old and an infant myself, we have a SUV for all the duty...
