Are these good deals? 07 GS350 vs 07 GS450h
I'm a long time Car Char lurker considering a GS350 after my G35 got totaled. I've been searching Socal for the past week and the lowest priced CPO GS that I could find is:
CPO 2007 Verdigris mica GS350 NAV/ML with 37K miles for $28K
Does that sound like a good deal? It is the cheapest and lowest mileage by far in a 300 mi radius! Is the Verdigris color with cashmere interior really that unappealing?
Another dealer offered me a 2007 CPO GS450h with 23K miles for $32K. How does that deal sound? The trunk space is almost a deal breaker on the GSh tho. For some reason used car prices in Socal seem higher than in other states, but new cars are usually cheaper
If any of you can give me some guidance I would much appreciate it.

actually those are both good prices for so long they are clean CPO cars. Im sure you can talk them down a little. do you know if they purchased the car from the auction or it was a trade. if they got the car from the auction the price is right on. if they got them on trade they have some play in the numbers.

The dealer confirmed that the GS450h will also be CPO! I guess I'll check out the GS350 and see if the dealer is willing to do $26K. I ran some numbers and I can probably save $400 in gas a year with the GS450h hehe

2007 CPO GS350 are terrible overpriced at most dealers. I'm really surprised at the poor resale value of the GS450h here in socal. BTW, is the regular maintenance the same between a GS350 and GS450h (oil change, air filters, etc)? Does the electric engine need any serving? Can most indep Toyota mechanics work on the GSh for regular service?
