Default Lexus lease rates?

My lease is up on my 2007 GS430, and would like to lease a 2010 or 2011 GS350. Does any one have info on residual values and or lease rates for the 10's? I know the 2011's are coming around the corner but there is no lease info yet.
Im looking to do 36 mos and 15K miles per year.
Thanks

Charlie

The deal I got on my lease was for 36 months, 10k miles per year for a 2010.
MF .00085 and residual of 53%.

This is in So Cal.

Thanks so much at least that can give me an idea on where to start from. I live in So.Florida and the strange thing is Lexus Financial who I have my current lease with will not give me any details on the lease end buy out. They said I need to contact JM Lexus and talk to customer retention and that they could give me a rate if I wanted to buy the car out right. I told them that the dealer has nothing to do with my it as LF is the lease holder. Of course no one has called me since my call last Thursday.

If I cant get a good rate on the buy out or new lease rate on a 10'...then I just might contiune me lease on a month to month basis for another 3-6 mos.

Thanks agaon for the reply!

You're getting shafted. Last month I bought out my leased '07 GS. Only Lexus Financial can help you (not the dealership). Now, if you're looking to lease a new GS, then you can only go through the dealer.

BTW, your buy-out is in your lease agreement. If you want to buy out early, you need to talk to Lexus Financial.

I had a Lexus Financial lease on a 2007 GS. Calling LF customer service you have an option to get the buy-out amount not only from the customer service rep, but even through the automated system. You can also get that information online; just register for on-line access, which should take a minute. Just call back and talk to someone else. You must've talked to an incompetent moron or somebody who did not understand your question.

Thanks for the heads up on Edmunds...got all the info I was looking for!
Ive called LFS three times now and every time I go through the automated system it still connects to an operator. This morning I finally was able to speak to a different operator and was told I could purchase my car for $26k and some change but they couldn't give me an interest rate if I wanted to buy the car out right, once again being referred to the dealer.

I lost all my auto records three months ago in a flood, this is why I was trying to find my buy out rate. They did tell me I could extend my lease on month to month basis up to six months. Now Im thinking maybe I should just wait for the 12' gs to come out.

Thanks again for the info...this site is awesome!
