You're probably looking for all black, but I'm running Vossen vvs085 on my 07' Smoky Granite/Black... they were made for this car.

Are you looking for mesh? Spoke, if so how many? There are tons of rims out there. Also, how much do you want to spend? Like 187 said, check the wheel thread, you will get lots of ideas.

I've never bought rims before. Are there any difference between the cheap cheap rims and the expensive rims other than esthetics? Is there ride quality difference? or durability difference?

Most cases, quality wheels and tires are $$$.

Ride quality depends on wheel and tire size/type.

All of these things are factors. Keep in mind that they are made of a less expensive material which at times can be less forgiving and may not be able to be repaired when the time comes. Also if you damage one and need to replace just one then when that time comes you will most likely not be able to get it because it will be discontinued.

When you spend a few extra buck (and by that I mean thousands!! LOL.) you will get a wheel that is stronger and in most cases lighter as well. Can be repaired or replaced and will hold value better.

Plus cheap looks cheap.

Just my opinion but I hope it helps.

Ok, maybe I'm just not getting it, but ......

why would you need to repair wheels? Are they repairable? I ask because my SL500 AMG chrome wheels supposedly is corroded and is leaking air and need to be refinished or replaced. This is after 4 years or use and I've never heard of this and I have a bunch of cars previously. The Costco guy says this is common with chrome wheels. Well, if this is common, then I'm going with cheap rims and replace 'em that way.

Also, cheap rims, do they drive like crap? I can't imagine it makes a difference unless they're some sort of China brand/China made $20/rim type of deal. I've only heard tires making a difference in drive/handling properties.

I'm looking at rims at about $120/rim. Is that pathetically cheap?

I was going to suggest rims I have, but at $120, you could buy just the 4 center caps....
