The grill comes right off as posted above, the speaker screws right out and I used some elmers house glue and a q-tip to apply it.

that is just a dust cap to cover the coil for the speaker...it is glued on when the speaker is manufactured, so glue will work fine. They do sell "speaker" glue for that purpose.
