No condensation whatsoever.. it is pretty cool the way they designed this headlight because it seals itself.. there are tabs that hold the lense to the housing and 3 screws that also help hold it together.. much better than the design of the 2nd gen headlights in that regard.. now to some pics..

This is what it looks like pried apart..


Here is the projector taken out from the housing..


The 2 tabs shown on the shroud..


The 2 bolts holding the lens bracked to the projector..


Voila!!

interesting. so the only thing holding the lense on to the housing is those tabs all around and the 3 screws? i may have to take apart my extra lights and check this out.

Awesome. I agree with you that our lens sux. Those dot pattern defuse the light a bit.

if you look in the picture with my hand holding the projector, there are only 2 screws for the bracket that holds the lense in ... very easy to mess with..

yes i painted the housing black and added a chrome strip to the part of the housing..

Our lense is so wack, you cant even tell if there is a cutoff line or not.. it just blurs
