Default i can't bear to put miles on my GS

it is an 06, and every time I drive it and watch the odometer rollup, i cringe. I have about 32K now. I love being able to brag on how few miles i have.

its just a car, why did you even buy it if you cringe at 32k on a 2006??

this wont bring back a return of investment if thats what you're aiming for.....

If I buy I car, I buy it to drive it and not to have it in the garage....

Nobodys going to pay much more for you car when you sell it.... But years go and you do not enjoy your car....

I drive a lot, about 4-5000km monthly, but I enjoy every minute of it and don't care about the odometer....

i dunno, i tend to look thru autotrader or cars.com and see other '06's with like 18K on the clock. HOw can there be so many 4 year old GS's with so few miles! I get sad that I have so many miles.

yeah i know a car is just a way to lose money, but i bought used with like 18k on the clock 2 years ago. now i've added 14K more and I feel terrible everytime i look at the odometer.
Look at all the 06's with under 20K. Some with under 15K!

I drive my car about a little under 2k miles a month. Total 24k miles a year. I love driving my cars. You buy a car for a reason, to drive it. After all its your hard earned money.

It's not like you own a Ferrari or something of that nature, then I'd care if it had alot of miles.

I had a 93 NSX bought it with 80k miles, had it for 4 years, put over 50k miles on it. Sold it with almost 150k miles.

Putting 7k miles a year is NOTHING. If your so worried about mileage, then go buy another GS with lower miles or buy another car !

just my 0.02

why cringe? You should be enjoying it. Its purpose is to transport with comfort. Mileage is just a number for maintenance.

my $.02 - I love to drive my car everywhere, I find excuses just to get it out, especially since I have modified my cars look and stance. I have created something for others to see and that gives me joy. Miles is the last thing I think about. I have an 06 with 65,000 miles and I think of it this way, if I take care of it I have 200,000 more miles to go.
Now I like when people think my car is brand new because of how the car looks interior/exterior etc..... and I say it's an 06

i just hit 48k on my 06 430 and its not my Daily Driver but i love driving it so much i catch myself in it all the time... You only live once and you never know when your day is here so enjoy it man. I put lots of miles on my cars each year and i have 3 just for me.... My Lexus and My Stang are my 2 babies and the Lincoln is just the daily driver.. sometimes i see myself driving the Stang and the Lexus more than the Aviator but i look at it as oh well im happy.....

hm, that's another good way to think about it. Blow people away with how new it looks for an 06 tHEN tell 'em 'and it's got 65K'. I might have to adopt that approach. I honestly don't have a long commute and I dont really have a good excuse to drive a lot. I get kind of tired after a couple hours anyway, not like when i was 28, and good go for hours....

gettin' old, probably time for an LS!

The GS is such a comfortable car to drive...I LOVE it and I drive mine ALL the time. LS is a NICE car...I wanted to get one too, but apparently I'm too "young" for an LS.
