GS 300 battery and or electrical problems

my 05 GS300 has similar problem
1st battery dead on 4th year replaced free, 2nd dead this month also 4 years and I replaced myself due to Lexus asks 50% + install fee. both battery has 8 yr warranty.
Before I replace it, it failed to start three times. It used can start after 3weeks, then only 2-3 days and will fail if we don't drive for 5 days. each day drive is 30miles only.
I'll try to drive a few days and make sure radio is off (how can it be on if no key there?), no GPS. wondering battery drain, but if I hook up a battery (from another car) this one will alarm, want to stop the alarm so I can put a current meter, people say <30ma is correct.
odd is, if I jump start and only drive 5 miles, I can leave it 30min and it still starts.

O.E. batteries suck, period. Sorry folks, don't care what ya think, the O.E. batteries have taken TOO many dumps on me while my ownership of it (even paid 200+ for it!) and it's still under warranty. While it's still under warranty, it's sitting in my garage in a corner never to be looked at again. Biggest dissapointment IMO.
My best purchase BY FAR has been the optima battery, bought the 2nd biggest yellow top and it hasn't dissapointed me for 2-3 months now.

Ive had good experiences with yellow top.. I have beaten on one for almost 6 years when i had my acura legend. The thing went undervolts and it was being drained and charged through soo many cycles it wasnt even funny lol.... I never took care of my cars back then... It lasted me through highschool and part of college before i traded it in for the GS

I start another topic about battery drain. Not battery but system problem.

Ive got the same problem with my battery I had to jump my car the first week I owned it left the car on for a little listening to music and it died on me I was shocked. Planning to buy a new Optima Battery too but haven't felt like shelling out the money for it just yet.

Battery Trouble
I have a 2006 Lexus GS300. The original battery lasted 6 years (Lexus brand). Since then, I've replaced 4 Walmart batteries. The dealership checked the car out & said all was OK, with no idea of why the batteries were lasting only 4-5 mths. There is definitely a glitch in the electrical system that is causing this. I've advised my wife to make sure the lights, a/c, & radio are all off before turning the car off. Anyone else have any ideas?
