So you bought yours 3 years old with 43K. Did it have any flaws? No Nav or ML, right? $19K seems really low.

Nothing really wrong with it, other than the usual infuriating interior creaks that i have had 3 dealers rip the dash apart and fail to fix, at all.
Mostly i am just tired of a car payment, can't scrape together enough cash to payout, what with rent and pre-tax 401k deduction which I max out. I guess i'm just thinking that as long as I could come away from a sale with $10K, it might be a good time to do so.
seems like in autotrader prices are all over the place. i see 60K cars going for $22K right next to 30K cars for the same money.

I'll probably drive my car into the ground though. My last car was a 1991 Honda Accord with 300,000 miles.
I get my money's worth.

Just got my car about a month ago 18,000.00 with all the taxes and new tires. Its Green metalic Pearlcoat with everything but Nav (has ML go figure)including the Parking sensors, Radar Cruise and rear sunsade. Has right around 40k on it and its AWD.

ML but no Nav huh? Didn't realize such a combination existed! I like the color you got too - just not a fan of the beige interior. My LS is green but actually has light gray interior.

Use it as a trade in. I dunno about there but on trade ins especially if it's worth something it makes up for the difference in retail price because you save on that amount in taxes.
If it were me i'd just keep it, there's nothing wrong with the 300. Drive the hell out of it, it will go for another 10 years. Especially if you owe money on it.

I think like BinaryJay said keep the car or you can try to refinance the car for a lower payment if the monthly payment is killing you but I don't think you should sell the car. Also I think your numbers are off I think you can probably get 19K-20K for your car so in the end you may have 5K equity.
