the same problem i have with my headlight. Its a bit foggy on the projector. i guess im going to have to take my headlight out and battle it out like you did.

did you think this was worth it?

I was just looking at the lens last night and idk, it does seem like it is fogging on mine too. I guess over time it collect "fog".

Hey ash, did U have to remove the headlight from the car to get the Q-tip in to clean the lens? I think I need to do that with mine too but it was extremely tight.

i dont recommend trying to clean the projectors. i regret trying to clean mine. made things a whole lot worse. im going to bake them and take them apart to do a clear lense retro.

Sag, I try not to take things apart as much as possible. Like U said, make things worse. But right now I think there is a thin film of fine dust building up on the glass inside. Like a mirror, it kinda attract dust.

I have attached the PDF for front bumper removal for future reference I will have this as a FAQ for Removing the Headlights & Front Bumper Removal since they both apply.

I prefer to remove as little as possible. I broke a few things in the past when I try to remove them. And than a few times install it back incorrectly.

the only way to remove the headlight is to remove the front bumper.

Yes I did remove the bumper and headlight out, otherwise I can't reach the place that I want to clean......

Remove the bumper and headlight is not that hard, but to put it back is different story if you work alone.

I did it over 3hurs

Too long for me. It's a daily vehicle for me and I need it back in perfect condition for the next day. If I have a garage like U I will consider it. But last time I did a 3hr + work on my car, it was freezing cold and dark outside with wind/dust/ and all.

taking the bumper and headlight out takes about 20 mins or so.
