Default Clock Fuse

I have a 2006 GS300 and the clock doesn't work. I took it to the dealer and they suggest I change the whole display for about $800. I'm quiet sure it's just a fuse. I look in the manual and didn't see a fuse for the clock. Can anybody tell me which fuse controls the clock?

The whole display for $800. Isn't the clock separate from the main touch screen head unit, it can't possibly cost $800 ----- what am I saying, of course it can.
