Default Glove Door Rattles - Any Fixes recommeded?

All,

I know there are a couple hundred threads here on rattles for the third generation GS, but I couldn't find anything on particular fixes for this. If there is one out there, forgive me for the repetition.

I just bought a 2007 GS350 last thursday and I noticed that the glove compartment door rattles. If I apply a little pressure with a finger, it stops. Anyone else have this problem....based on the threads, I'm assuming so? If so, what fixes worked? I'm looking for an interim solution before I take it to the dealer.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

what if you took the car manual and pull it out a little bit? that way the door is kinda pulled out a bit or pushed up against the manual? it's hard to explain but it's sort of a way to prevent the glove compartment door from moving around and making the rattling noise. i use this so the door always pops open too instead of getting stuck.

Don't most people leave the manual by the manual holder in the side of the trunk?

technically that's not to hold the manual, it's to hold the first aid kit

The rattles in this car seem in no shortage. I am now getting a little buzzing noise from the passenger door. I dont know wether all of the rattles and stuff are normal and I am just hypersensitive or is this an issue. My wifes TL has rattles and buzzing and she could not care less. Am I tripping out a bit?????

Here is the fix, you get the velcro with the sticky back and tape the fuzzy side to the glove box door from the inside, and you obviously dont use the prickly side....that puts prssure on something and it fixes it

I have this exact problem, already tried velcro without luck, and will move on to the dealer next.... yes, the car has a TON of rattles.
