Default Anyone got the 2010 GS yet?

I ordered mine last week because GS 450h can only be ordered now. But I'm curious if any 2010 GS 350 or 460 have already started coming in to dealers.

With the kind of mileage that I do I like to buy the car at the end of the model year. It helps resale later. I had a 2003 G35 that I bought in June of 2002 and it always seemed like it had heavy mileage for its age (heavier). On my GS I waited until the end of 2007 to buy a 2007 to avoid that issue. Nothing big but it will help when its time for resale unless you are leasing

I'm not sure what you mean. When you trade in used car you get penalized for buying previous year car. For example, if two people bought identical GS cars in November of 2009, but one of them was a 2009 while the other one was 2010, if they tried to sell their cars in October of 2010 (and both cars had the same number of miles on them), the 2009 model year will have probably $3K - $5 lower trade-in value purely because of the model year.

I'm not sure how high mileage figures into this equation.

Somewhere between January 15th and February 15th -- 3-4 months from the order date.

But also take into consideration that if you bought lets say a 08 in late 07, that car will have more payments towards it's note vs you buying a 08 in late 08. So it will probably have more value over the 2nd one. Both are 08s and are considered an 08 when selling or trading in. Either way, they both even out at the end.
