And those m45 rims don't give the same effect on the GS as it does the M. Maybe becuase of the GS stock height.

If you mean the Infiniti G37 19" wheels, the bolt patterns are the same but the offset might be slightly different. They should fit on the GS300 but you have to find the right size of tires to match your GS300 OE wheel/tire diameter.

rear 19x9 -27.5 lbs offset +45
gs would need 35 series rubber., and I think spacers, wouldn't I need offsets in the thirties to get flush??? Also to respond to the other post, I would not buy these new, used take offs can be had for around 1200-1400 or so with tires Sorry, guys didn"t have time to swap out with wife's car this weekend because of relatives visiting, Also need to secure small floor jack. Will test fit asap:

M35/45 wheels would need about a 15-20mm spacer to look right

For an OEM wheel style, these should look pretty decent IMO. They will sit 8mm F and 12mm R further out compared to stock 18" gs350 wheels. That would definitely leave room to put a 10mm spacer, but not completely necessary and still a nice be a nice improvement over the stock 18's.
Lets see some pics of these wheels mounted!

careful with the jacks, and swap only one wheel at a time if you're gonna do it
