Hey Guys

I am just wondering has any 3GS Owner done the F-Sports exhaust yet? If yes, what is the difference, and how loud it is? I currently have the Tanabe and I am thinking of getting the F-Sports Exhaust but not sure what kind of difference I am going to get. Any respond would be great thanks.

Its gonna be quieter than the Tanabe, and the tips are smaller. Itll mostly come down to asthetics and sound.

from what i hear on IS section.. F sports is louder than the tanabe..

i heard the f sport on a is250 and its louder then tanabe for sure big difference
im confused at the pipings? whats the different kinds? catback? ypipe midpipe? i heard tanabe and f sport r just ypipes or sumthing easy to make?

f sports and tanabe are axle back.. piping runs from the rear axle..
catalytic converters > y-pipe > catback and mid > axle back..

I have F-Sport on my IS350 and it is definately louder than my friend's Tanabe.

I just installed my Tanabe tonight and you can't get much quiter than it. I hope it breaks in more and gets a little more sound to it. If not I might be selling it and getting the F.

I have to say though I think the tips on the tanabe look better then the F.

^^^damn it!!!! I need a little more sound might have to get the HKS.

I think Im going to try a K&N intake first though and see if that gives it some more sound.

k&n really does give sound i got it works for me

Haven't heard tanabes exhaust. Got my fsport exhaust in July and now it has a low growl. A step up from the OEM pipes. K&N Typhoon kit installed two years ago (big plus).
