its easy to do. post up one you have it and we can all help you so you don't need to go to a shop to install. 5 min tops and you can have it working

This is a great feature with this radar. I had that for the past several years until I did the rear view mirror install. I have a new concealed unit sitting on my desk that I still haven't used. Makes for a good paper weight

Thanks guys. Another question though since I already got the V1 installed via the electrical system does that mean using the concealed accessory will be more difficult to install or is it still fairly straightforward.

Also another question what mode is best suited to keep the detector in? You have many modes to choose from and which is best suited for highway driving?

I keep mine in all modes.

As for the install its simple. Just take the telephone wire and run it from the hard wire and straight to the concealed unit. you just need to know where they placed that. There are 2 telephone hook ups on that. One goes to the radar and the other goes to the concealed unit. So its just running and hiding the wire

Thank you
PM me then if they are interested. I just got it a month ago and didn't need it since I did the mirror install. I thought I need to provide it to the company but the already had it for me.

here this is an easier pic...off V1 web site. you can see how it looks. the concealed unit will have one jack to install the telephone wire and it will power itself up and turn the display off on the main unit

so in the pic its 1 jack for radar and one that is not used on yours now for the concealed unit.
