I guess most people like it. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and for me this is quite an ugly interior. The red carpeting reminds me of 70s and 80s Pontiacs.

Is the headliner indeed grey. that is one thing I like about the IS-F interior, the headliner is black all the way.

i actually like the gray headliner. the interior space is already pretty small, with the black headliner, it's going to feel very cramped.

and you can forget about the trims with carson i guess. unless things have changed, the trims are integrated with the door panels as a piece, not sure if you can get them separate. not to mention the steering wheel i think just the shift plate alone is like 500-600 bucks?

my black leather looks good enough.

and if you really want that red stripe on the side of center stack, any customizer shop can do it for you. you could probably even do it yourself with vinyl paint.

For the very first time, I regret buying my car in February. I would gladly pay $1K extra, and wait a couple of months for this. And yes, I love the red carpet.

Me either. I am not a fan. There is nothing about a GS that makes me think that red accents on the interior are appropriate. ISF maybe. Not a GS.

That's definitely one of their strategies to sell more when a generation is near its end. i.e. Pebble Beach, Coach, Thunder Cloud, etc.
