Default Upon Engine Startup

So I got my car back from the dealership.

I noticed that when I hit the engine start button, I get a stronger rev than usual upon startup. Is this normal? My car never use to do it.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

yeah got the recalls done. Not sure if it only does it on a cold start since I park in the garage.

I read somewhere that dealers were doing software updates to fix an issues with the start button. Apparently, under some conditions the car would barely start (or require 2 presses to start) and idle very low...which is solved by a software update.
Again, this was on some random forum, so not sure if it is true or not.
