I have 08 gs350 rw. there are HKS hi-power, Greddy Evo2, Invidia, and Tanabe medalion touring. which one has most quiet sound? all my friends telling me that i am crazy because I am changing exhaust for Lexus GS, but I can't stay with stock... just hate stock....

I thought that too... I am gonna tell my wife that I just changed my tips and spent $30 after install full exahust. I had 19 inchis nismo wheels, nismo exhaust, intake and suspention works and full nismo bodykit with rear spoiler on my 07 350z but she still knows that i only had changed rear spoiler. i will go with tanabe... sounds quiet to me. went to youtube and checked greddy and hks on is350 and they are kinda louder than tanabe in my ear.

Hey,

I have the Quad Tip TTE Exhaust on my 450h and because it is Euro spec it is actually even slightly quieter than the stock at low RPM, but it growl nicely at higher RPM... Link here, it is a bit 'spensive though, as you have to had the rear skirt, but the looks is killer:

love the look...but right now can't justify spending $2k+ for an exhaust and rear lip right now...

economy sucks.

tanabe medallion is sheap and looks perfect on the car. You can only hear the exhaust under 3500 rpm. after that it just dissappears. It gives you that deep tone only while on the throttle at low speeds. No noise when crusing. Our stock exhaust makes the car seem like en electric car, but at the same time you dont want your 50k dollar car sounding like some car from the fast and the furious. lol

thanx I8ABMR ,spent month to choose wheels...looking for all 72 pages of 3rd gen mod thread..... finaly ordered 20 inches tsw snett...since my car is white, I ordered hypersilver. I think chrome is really good on dark colored car.

I put a Tenabe Medallion on my '07 AWD and it sounds great. No reverb on the hiway and just right when in town. Bought it from Luis Salazar at Carson Toyota and it fit perfect and I had it installed in about 45 min. You'll like it. Central Oregon.
