Default anyone getting wind noise from the drivers door mirror

ive had this prob from the first week i had the car. i get a mild whistling noise from the drivers mirror or door. i took it in and the tech said he didnt hear anything. i left it alone and still hear it. im going in on mon and im going to raise hell. if they tell me the tech cant hear it im going to tell them to have a different tech look at it or i will go with them. just wanted to know if anyone is having the same prob and if they had it fixed by the dealer.

No problems here unless there is a strong crosswind. 21k miles and counting!

No problem here.

I was cruising at 110 mph last night coming back from the airport and because there was no crosswind there was no noticeable windnoise - just a very distant smooth sounding roar. Come to think of it the last time I went up in a small aircraft (Piper Cherokee) that thing had more windnoise than my GS at the same speed

Just a thought...if you think it is the wing mirrors, did you try closing and opening them from the flip-down panel while driving? If the sound doesn't change then it must be something else.

Zero issues with wind noises on mine. Only noise I hear are the tires making contact with the road surface and even then it is not all that noticeable.

the wind has to hit it just right. I had 0 issues with this untill last week. Its a loud wistling sound. But once I slowed down or did something to change the direction o the wind it went away. I dont think theres much Lexus could do about that.
I know, maybe the new mirrors with the built-in turn signals fixes the issue with the new design. I vote they put that on our cars. I'm not teasing the issue. I just want the mirrors.

usually guys when I drive I dont hear much, but for the past week on the way home i am hearing the faint whistling sound. I have tried putting the mirrors In and the noise stops. i dont know what to do about it. I took to lexus and the tech yold the rep that he cant hear anything, but i hear it everyday. I spoke to the service manager and informed them of this prob. i also told them that I will not stop complaining until this prob is addressed to my satisfaction. 50k for a car that gives wind noise? not going to happen . I hope they can make it right. Ive had alot of cars in my day and even my first ghetto *** car (86 civic) didnt make noise like this.
