I assume there is a way to aftermarket an aux type connection so that I could plug in an ipod and/or satellite receiver. I know Lexus wanted a lot of money to do this. Does anyone have a suggestion and (assuming I don't want to pull out the stereo myself) where to get it done.

Vais Tech makes an adapter. They have a couple of different models. Do a search. There are quite a few topics on this (including how to install). Be prepared to spend around $200-$300
