This is not a buy back although I wish it was. I was not happy with my
GS300 AWD with the nosie but I also wanted the 300hp. THe salesman
and the manger offer a fair price for my trade and near inventory price for a
GS350 so I took it. Life is too short I didn't want the stress trying to get a
buy back through the lemon law when it was only infrequent rattles and
creeks and not something major like a bad transmisson.

I'm also looking at a GS since my ES has tranny problems. How do you know that the 07 GS is going to be free of these rattle problems you saw with the 06?

I don't know if the 07 GS will be free of rattles but I had few reasons for
trading up. I did not need AWD and it's restrictions to same size wheels,
I wanted a smooth ride with 300+ bhp, better brakes, gen5 nav, and
that sharkfin

Also MP3 ability is nice too, even file structure in case you add an ipod adapter. Thanks for update.

Sorry to burst your bubble but my 07 GS350 has the same windshield rattles. It's going in tomorrow for the TSIB. I did not have a single rattle for the first 5000 miles/2 months but as soon as the cold weather hit, they surfaced. Look at the bright side, you will have extra HP and the rattles will go away when the weather gets warmer.

If it is only a single rattle in the dash I think they can fix it, but if it is
multiple rattles in dash, doors, center console, glove compartment, rear
window, sunroof etc. Then I could not handle that I also know that
not all 06 GS300 owners have these problems with nosies in fact most
don't have any problems with nosie in their cars.

Wow, that would be a nightmare! I didn't realize yours was that bad. I have the right front dash rattle and I can live with it but I don't know if I could handle all of that. Best of luck on the new one.

Can you put larger wheels (20's) on the AWD GS? I always thought you could. Plus, most people put back on the stock wheels for winter here on the East Coast.

Yes you can put 20's on AWD but I want the option of different size wheels.
