450h demo
My dealer has a black one that the owner has driven a few months and has 6,000 miles on it. They say Lexus would still consider a new car sale but warranty would be decresed by miles/months on it. Would this car be worth invoice price?

NO.
If it was you that bought it, and drove it off the lot, then sold it back to them with 6K miles I bet they would knock off about 5 grand from the original price.
So you shouldn't pay full price.
There should be some sort of a deduction there.
Unless you like giving the dealership extra $$$ just becuase they are nice.
Didn't think so.
Maybe just have them charge you full price, sticker, then you demand they give you all service needs for free.
That's kind of a fair trade, depending how long you keep the car.
I'd make them at least pay for everything up to the 60k, in oil changes and every non-warranty item.

In My Opinion It Is Not A Good Deal.. Not For Nothing But You Can Rest Assured Everyone Including The Family Dog Drove That Car And Ragged On Just As Well.... Demo's Unless You Are Going To Get A Super Sweet Deal... And By That I Mean Like 2-3k Under Invoice Then I Suggest If You Could Afford The 450h At Invoice Try Buying Another One At Invoice Or Going To Another Dealer... Remember These Are Cars Not Diamonds... They Depreciate The Second You Drive Them Off Of The Lot Not To Mention Buy It With 6k Miles And They Wont Even Extend Your Warranty The Extra 6k... Not A Good Deal In My Eyes... Just My $.02

Why Do You Type With Every Word Capitalized?
It's not necessary to have every word in your sentence captialized,
I'm just wondering why you do it. I'm not trying to start a fight.

I have a 2006 GS300 I bought with 7000 miles on it.Car looked brand new in every way.MSRP was $52,000. I bought it for $41,000.00. I would offer them at least 10k below MSRP........just food for thought. Btw,it was not a demo,but,a trade in for a GS450H.

My family has owned several exotics and regardless of miles driven, if it's titled it is now a used car. The only way to avoid this is to have it be dealer demo, but many states handle those differently.
The easiest way to see if it's "new" is to ask to see the original manufacture's statement of origin or title before agreeing. If it's a title it's used, but if it's a SO then it's considered new in your state. Looking at the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles website can easily see their rules.
Check out new vehicles here:
https://web01.dps.louisiana.gov/omvf...e?OpenDocument
Along with used vehicles here:

Regardless, DO NOT pay invoice as it is either a demo or used in Louisiana.
