Any online GS350 reviews and testing results?
I was really surprised not to be able to find much of GS350 on-line reviews. I understand its a second year replacement of GS300, and I did find a number of GS300 review form a few years back. A lot of those are negative and compare GS to 5-series New 3.5L engine is such a significant addition. Yes, the body style and other bells'n'whistles are still the same, but engine and performance alone deserves an honorary mentioning, don't you think? Also, I was hoping to find a real 0-60 test results, not just on-the-paper provided by Lexus. The reason for that cause I remember ES350 was advertised as 0-60 in 6.7sec, while some magazine did testing to find it 6.2 sec.
Anybody has any links to detailed reviews or performance testing of GS350? I just personally enjoy reading those, don't need it to make up my mind since my silver bullet is just outside the window

I've noticed the same. I think that none of the industry reviewers have gotten around to test driving (or wanting to) the GS350. All I know is that having driven both, the GS350 is a different car with the same sheetmetal. We could always e-mail or write the publications and see what the holdup is!

Why not start off with Lexus' published #'s ?
0-60: 5.7 1/4: 14.2
We all know that Lexus is conservative, so shave a couple of 1/10s off these for real world figures . . .

I agree, Lexus is conservative in their #'s. On the ES350, they say 6.8 seconds for 0-60. Car & Driver got 6.2, and Consumer Guide got 6.4. If that holds true, you could be looking at the low 5's for the GS 350.

Amen to that, Randal I thought it was just a product of my imagination, but I felt exactly the same where after 30mph during acceleration it kicks in like a rocket!!! I guess it makes no difference if its RWD or AWD?
