I have changed the oil in my GS300 three times and I have had the same problem. Everytime I go to loosen the drain plug for the oil filter I have a problem with the whole assembly turning. I use a good tork wrench and tork to specs but the small drain plug seems to tighten over time. Any solutions? One thought I had was to leave the screw alone and and just remove the filer by turning the whole assembly. I know that this drain plug was a modification that was added after release . There is a small gasket under it and I just hope it doesn't fail after time.
