"you will see a lot of people sharing info" yea thats why i said how much i made idiot.
yea no kidding he asked me where i worked....the question u fail to ask it why he asked me(he was alluding that i was making it up)...and i am not working this weekend. =) I suggest if any of you wish to flame back at me because your ego is broken, to send me a PM so that people who intially posted what age they were don't have to deal with your questions. Even if i posted extraneous information, that does not give you the right to go and ask me more questions about it, if what u are complaining, is in fact, that i strayed off topic.

2. No broken ego here, love my life thank you
3. Not complaining about straying off topic, complaining about your attitude in general

There are two other GS in my area that I see all the time. One is driven by a guy probably in his 60s. The other is a gal in her 50s. I have not seen a young GS drivers in my area YET!

Another statesman checking in...
...41 here. Wife, two kids, house, and all the other responsibilities that you tender young folk don't have to manage yet.
I also had the reaction of, "What? [18-25] and you're buying a $50K car!?" But then I remembered that I bought my first ES300 back in '93 when I was 28, and $32K back then is similar to the $46K that the GS set me back now. So maybe it isn't so crazy.
Been paying cash for as long as I've been able to build up the pad for it. Now I don't have to cry in my beer when I see how much $$ in interest goes out the door with the car. Crying in beer is the dealership's finance guy's job now.
Anyway, enjoy the ride guys---just remember that it's never too early to start saving money. Max out those 401K's now or live to regret it!
(waves cane) ...and get the hell off my lawn!
