where can i get the LED day time running lights? i'm assuming they're the same as the "city lights" you're refering to

The DTR lights are halogen bulbs...also known as your high beams running at half juice...therefore cannot be replaced with an "LED day time running light." You are probably thinking of the parking lights (aka city lights) which are in the upper corner of the DTR halogen bulbs. Those bulbs are 198 wedge bulbs...which can be replaced with 198 LEDs...

there are various 194 bulbs i can buy, there is one with 4 LEDs and one with 6 LEDS, whats the max size i can go?

Not Sure...probably 6...they Are Cheap Enough To Try Them All.

The largest is probably 12-LEDs, but you're going to need electrical tape to hold them onto the socket since the bulb head is oversized. If you want a snug fit w/o the tape, get a 5-LED bulb.

there is also the 921 9-led bulb. its the one i have on my IS350. i had to slightly shave the bulb to get it in there though. here is a daytime pic:



the low beams and fog lights are 8000k. they look greenish in the pic but they are blue in person.

Damn...I'm a hater to all the Florida Lex owners who are allowed to have Blue lights....AND no front license plate...damn Virginia laws...

well, the hids are illegal... but the cops around here dont care too much about that.

i'm thinking of swapping the bulbs out for some 600k's for the low beams and some 3000k's for the foglights.
