Key battery low but only 1 warning
about a week ago I got the msg about the Key Battery being low... but I haven't seen the warning again since then. Is this normal? Should I just wait until I get the msg again?
thanks

had my key battery die after a flight and thought I was stranded at the airport in my car but apparently lexus thought of this ingenious method of starting the car in case it does, all you need to do is hold down the brake and push the start stop button with your keyfob instead of your finger even if the battery is dead.

I will be caution to let the key battery died. You will not be able to open the door and will not be able to start the car. I could not open the door before I changed to new battery last time. And when I tried to start the car, it indicated that it cannot detect the key.

I apologize if you think I didn't read your post. Yes, I know there is a key in the keyfob. I just missed the key hole at the driver door. Well, I didn't know there was a way to start the car when my battery died last time until I read your post. I will try it next time. Thanks.
