I appreciate that guys. There is VERY little rubbing... only when I go over a huge dip on the highway, the front tires rub. That's about it.

Where is the rubbing though? On the fender? On the top of the wheelwell?

Hey Chris,

It's rubbing on the top of the wheel well and at the same time grazing the inside part of the fender when I hit a dip. Any suggestions?

Derrick suggested that put a 1.5 negative camber when I next do a wheel alignment. But I've heard that that unevenly wears out the tires. So now, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

The negative camber will affect the wear a bit (although it is not the only factor).

There is not much you can do about the rub at the top of the wheel well. Stiffer springs will help but it may still happen in extreme situations, e.g. BIG dip FAST speed. But then, the ride will be affected.

For the grazing of the inside fender, you should really address that. Each time that happens, it is wearing down the fender and the tire. It may be minor but consider how many times that may happen and the effect is cumulative. What to do about it? Unfortunately, I have not seen inside the wheelwell of a 3GS so I cannot comment about it. For the 2GS, it involved rolling the fender, heating and pushing in the fender liner, and bending up a few tabs protruding from the the lip. You basically just want to push the things that may rub out of the way,
